Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Intimate wear, such as undergarments.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Return Process:

- Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (provided via email). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refund Approval: After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as your order may already be processed.
